I have been working on trying to distill the essential ingredents of a term sheet onto one page of paper (you do need to use both sides.) Dozens of successful angel investments have now been done using this one page term sheet template: http://www.angelblog.net/The_One_Page_Term_Sheet.html

It&#039;s all I really think you need and I have never had any troubles resulting from this document or process.
