P90x .It really is not expensive if you factor in the cost of a gym membership,P90x workout . The cost for P90X is about three months of a paid gym membership but you get to keep the program foreverP90x . You can try many of the online sites, but it will be the same as buying from the company or a Beachbody Coach. Make sure you are getting original DVD's. People are selling copies all over. The problem is how long will they last, P90x workout ,and you truly need the exercise and nutrition guide to even follow the program.
Peter,

Totally agree. With exchanges such as your organizations and TSX Ventures, there are definitely more accessible routes to IPO these days. Its incumbent on entrepreneurs and early stage investors to actively manage the exit process no matter what mechanism it occurs by.

Craig,

Great article Craig and some sound advice to new companies and entrepreneurs. I would like to make one comment: going public can indeed be a viable exit strategy for startup companies, and it's a great way to access future investment capital to expand their business. CNQ- Canada's New Stock Exchange was created for the purpose of assisting emerging companies in realizing their goals. Our management team is experienced and actively supports entrepreneurs. Our Chairman Mr. John MacNaughton, is the current Chairman of the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) (http://www.bdc.ca/en/about/overview/board.htm) while our CEO/Vice-Chairman, Mr. Ian Bandeen, is a director of the National Angel Organization ( http://www.angelinvestor.ca/Ian_Bandeen.asp). Companies can read more about going public at www.gopublicincanada.com.
